How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered in 5–7 working days anywhere in Pakistan. You'll get a tracking number by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available across Pakistan at no extra charge. You can also pay by card or bank transfer at checkout if you'd prefer not to handle cash at the door.
What if I'm not sure about the size?
We don't offer size exchanges, so we'd much rather get it right the first time. Send us your bust, waist and hip measurements on WhatsApp before you order and we'll tell you honestly which size to take — or stitch the set to your measurements at no extra cost.
Can I get this stitched in my own measurements?
Yes. Send us your bust, waist, hip and preferred length on WhatsApp before you order and we'll stitch the set to your measurements at no extra cost. Custom pieces take an additional 3–4 working days on top of the usual delivery time.
I'm between two sizes — which should I pick?
Our chart lists garment measurements, not body measurements, and the silhouettes are cut relaxed. If you're between sizes and want a defined fit, take the smaller one; for a looser drape, size up. Our model is 5'6" and wears a size S. Because we don't do exchanges, please message us before ordering if you're unsure — we'd rather spend two minutes on it than have you stuck with the wrong fit.
How do I care for the fabric?
Cold hand wash separately or dry clean. Don't wring or soak. Iron on low from the reverse side, and dry in the shade to keep the colour true. Handled this way, the texture holds its finish wash after wash.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We shoot in natural light with no colour retouching, but screens vary, so expect a very slight difference in tone. If you want a closer look at the true shade before ordering, ask us on WhatsApp and we'll send you an unedited photo or a short video.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Yes, on request. Send us the piece you want and your full address on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll quote the shipping cost and delivery time before you pay.
